How Can I Pay?

We accept cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, or invoice.

What type of treadmills do you use?

Our dog treadmills are custom made. There are multiple sizes designed for your dogs size, weight and gate. Safety of your furry friend is our number one concern. All dogs will have a harness that is tethered to the top rail. The treadmills are equipped with a safety lock for loading and unloading, dual disc brakes and high clear safety rails to keep your dog focused and balanced.

How often should I schedule my dog?

We recommend at least once per week. During extreme weather when your dog is not getting enough exercise we can increase it to bi-weekly. If you are planning travel or company we can book an extra time. Sessions last 20-30 min.

What are your Covid restrictions?

Your trainer will wear a mask or face shield if requested and depending on the comfort level of the dog. An additional HEPA and UVC air filtration system is in place. All equipment, harnesses, toys, water bowls are cleaned and sanitized with pet friendly cleaners between uses.

How can I prepare my dog for a Mobile Dog Jog session?

When you book your first jog you will receive an “E disclosure and release form” requesting more information about your dog. We will message you 24 hours before your jog to confirm the session time. Don’t feed your dog up to 2 hours before their session. You will get a text when we are 30 minuets away. Take that time to potty and harness your dog. If you don’t have a harness don’t worry we have plenty of padded harnesses.  

What is Mobile Dog Jog session like?

We want this to be a fun and positive time for your dog. Our treadmills are totally dog powered. We give them frequent breaks and provide fresh water. We try not to use treats for motivation but sometimes that is the only thing that works. We mostly motivate with praise and toys, we never force your dog to jog.

What can I expect following my Mobile Dog Jog session?

Post workout you will get a text or email with their progress, speed, distance and cute videos or photos. Feel free to share the photos and video with hashtag #mobiledogjog. Your dog may get a boost of energy then crash and sleep afterwards. Sometimes especially with older dogs we recommend giving them a light massage to help with sore muscles.

Who is your treadmill fitness trainer?

Dan Snelling is passionate about your dogs health and safety. He is a certified dog trainer also certified in K-9 CPR and first aid. With additional grooming experience and continuing education in behavior and nutrition.

How long will it take to see results?

Our treadmills have no motor so they are totally dog powered. Most dogs can learn to walk within 15 minutes. All dogs are different so it may take several sessions. We never force your dog to run and want it to be a positive experience. You may start seeing positive changes in their behavior after the first session. Generally after the 3rd session we can begin to give your dog a challenge and increase the resistance and encourage more speed.

Do you offer latchkey service?

We are insured and can retrieve and return your dog for their sessions. We like for you to be there for the 1st session, but after that it is at your convenience.

Can you work with my dog?

We love dogs. All dogs must be 5 to 180 pounds and 4 months old. If your dog shows any signs of extreme stress or aggressive behavior we may end the session. Always check with your vet first.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand life and dogs can be unpredictable. Please let us know at least 24 hours if you need to reschedule. Same day cancelations will have a $25 cancellation fee.
